Child Safety Standards Policy

1. INTRODUCTION AND COMMITMENT
AlphaTwelve ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to the safety and protection of children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on the Anybody application ("App") and related services (collectively, the "Service").
This Child Safety Standards Policy outlines our commitment to preventing, detecting, and responding to child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any form of child exploitation on our platform. We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the PROTECT Act, and relevant international child protection frameworks.
Anybody is designed exclusively for users aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly allow minors to create accounts or use the Service.
2. STANDARDS AGAINST CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION
2.1. Anybody strictly prohibits the following on our platform:
a. Any content that depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse or exploitation.
b. Any content that sexualizes minors in any way, including but not limited to images, text, illustrations, or computer-generated imagery.
c. Any attempt to groom, solicit, or exploit minors through the Service.
d. Sharing, distributing, requesting, or possessing child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
e. Any communication that seeks to engage a minor in sexual activity or conversation.
f. Any content that promotes or glorifies child abuse, trafficking, or exploitation.
g. Using the Service to facilitate any form of contact with minors for the purpose of exploitation.
h. Sharing links to external sites or services that host CSAM or facilitate child exploitation.
2.2. These prohibitions apply to all forms of content on the platform, including but not limited to:
a. Profile photos and information.
b. Post text and images.
c. Chat messages, including text, images, and audio messages.
d. Any other user-generated content.
2.3. Violations of these standards will result in immediate and permanent account termination, content removal, and reporting to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
3. AGE RESTRICTION AND VERIFICATION
3.1. The Service is restricted to users aged 18 and older. Users must confirm they are at least 18 years of age during the registration process.
3.2. If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18, we will immediately:
a. Terminate the user's account.
b. Delete all associated data and content.
c. Take any additional steps required by applicable law.
3.3. We reserve the right to implement additional age verification measures as technology and regulations evolve.
4. CONTENT MODERATION AND DETECTION
4.1. We employ automated content moderation systems to detect and prevent the distribution of CSAM and other prohibited content. These systems include:
a. Automated text moderation that screens posts and messages for content that may relate to child exploitation.
b. Automated image moderation that analyzes uploaded images for inappropriate or exploitative content.
c. Profile photo verification to ensure uploaded photos depict real adult users.
4.2. Content flagged by our automated systems is reviewed and actioned promptly. Content confirmed as CSAM or related to child exploitation is:
a. Immediately removed from the platform.
b. Reported to NCMEC via the CyberTipline.
c. Preserved as required by law for law enforcement purposes.
4.3. We continuously work to improve our detection capabilities and adopt new technologies and industry best practices for identifying and preventing CSAM.
5. USER REPORTING MECHANISM
5.1. We provide in-app mechanisms for users to report content or behavior that may involve child sexual abuse or exploitation:
a. Report User: Users can report any other user directly through the app by accessing the user's profile or chat and selecting the report option.
b. Block User: Users can immediately block any user they believe poses a safety concern.
c. Contact Us: Users can submit detailed reports through the Contact Us form accessible from the app's settings menu.
d. Email: Users can report concerns directly to our child safety team at hello@anybody.app.
5.2. All reports related to potential child exploitation are treated with the highest priority and are reviewed promptly.
5.3. We do not retaliate against users who make good-faith reports of suspected child exploitation.
6. RESPONSE PROCEDURES
6.1. Upon receiving a report or detecting potential CSAM or child exploitation:
a. The reported content is immediately removed or restricted pending review.
b. The reported account is suspended pending investigation.
c. Our safety team reviews the report and all associated content and account activity.
d. If CSAM is confirmed, we file a report with NCMEC via the CyberTipline within the timeframes required by law.
e. We cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations.
f. The offending account is permanently terminated.
6.2. We maintain records of all reports and actions taken in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
7. COOPERATION WITH LAW ENFORCEMENT
7.1. We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation.
7.2. We comply with all legal obligations to report CSAM to NCMEC and other relevant authorities.
7.3. We preserve evidence and account data as required by law and in response to valid legal process.
7.4. We respond to emergency disclosure requests from law enforcement when there is an imminent risk of harm to a child.
8. COMPLIANCE WITH CHILD SAFETY LAWS
8.1. We comply with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
a. 18 U.S.C. Section 2258A (mandatory reporting of CSAM to NCMEC).
b. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
c. The PROTECT Act.
d. The CAN-SPAM Act as it relates to communications with minors.
e. Applicable state laws regarding child protection and mandatory reporting.
f. International child protection laws applicable in jurisdictions where we operate.
8.2. We regularly review and update our policies and practices to ensure ongoing compliance with evolving child safety laws and regulations.

10. EMPLOYEE AND CONTRACTOR TRAINING
10.1. All employees and contractors who have access to user content or handle user reports receive training on:
a. Identifying and responding to CSAM and child exploitation.
b. Legal obligations regarding mandatory reporting.
c. Proper handling and escalation procedures for child safety reports.
d. Trauma-informed approaches to reviewing sensitive content.
10.2. Training is provided upon onboarding and refreshed annually.
11. TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY
11.1. We are committed to transparency in our child safety efforts. We may publish periodic reports on:
a. The number of CSAM reports filed with NCMEC.
b. The number of accounts terminated for child safety violations.
c. Improvements made to our detection and prevention systems.
11.2. We participate in industry initiatives and collaborate with organizations dedicated to combating online child exploitation, including the Tech Coalition's best practices for Combating Online CSEA.
12. POLICY UPDATES
12.1. This policy is reviewed and updated regularly to reflect changes in law, technology, and best practices.
12.2. Material changes to this policy will be communicated through the Service or by other appropriate means.
