Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Anybody application and related services (the "Service") operated by AlphaTwelve ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination. 1. PURPOSE 1.1. Anybody is designed to help people connect with others nearby for immediate, legitimate needs. The Service should be used for its intended purpose: posting genuine requests, responding to requests, and communicating with matched users. 2. PERMITTED USES 2.1. The Service may be used for: a. Posting genuine requests for help, goods, services, companionship, or information from people nearby. b. Responding to requests from other users. c. Communicating with matched users to coordinate fulfillment of requests. d. Sharing relevant images related to posts or conversations. 3. PROHIBITED USES 3.1. System Abuse a. Attempting to access, probe, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any associated system or network. b. Attempting to bypass any security or authentication measures. c. Using any automated system, including robots, spiders, scrapers, or offline readers, to access the Service. d. Introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or other malicious or technologically harmful material. e. Attempting to interfere with the proper working of the Service, including denial-of-service attacks. f. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any portion of the Service. 3.2. Identity and Location Fraud a. Creating accounts with false or misleading information. b. Operating multiple accounts. c. Spoofing or falsifying GPS location data. d. Impersonating another person or entity. e. Using another person's account without authorization. 3.3. Commercial Misuse a. Using the Service for unauthorized commercial purposes, including advertising, marketing, or solicitation. b. Selling or reselling access to the Service. c. Using the Service to collect user data for commercial purposes. d. Using the Service to distribute unsolicited commercial communications (spam). 3.4. Harmful Activities a. Using the Service to facilitate any illegal activity. b. Using the Service to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate others. c. Using the Service to distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content. d. Using the Service to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others. e. Using the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. 3.5. Data Misuse a. Collecting, storing, or sharing personal information of other users without their explicit consent. b. Using information obtained through the Service for purposes unrelated to the Service. c. Sharing screenshots or content from private conversations without the consent of all parties. 4. RATE LIMITS AND FAIR USE 4.1. To ensure fair access for all users, the following limits apply: a. Maximum of 3 open posts at any time. b. Posts automatically expire after 60 minutes. c. OTP verification requests are limited to 3 per email address per 10-minute period. d. API requests are subject to rate limiting. Excessive requests may be throttled or blocked. 4.2. These limits may be adjusted at our discretion to maintain the quality and availability of the Service. 5. MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT 5.1. We reserve the right to monitor use of the Service to ensure compliance with this AUP. 5.2. We use automated systems to detect and prevent violations, including content moderation and rate limiting. 5.3. If we determine that a violation of this AUP has occurred, we may take any action we deem appropriate, including: a. Issuing a warning. b. Removing offending content. c. Temporarily suspending access to the Service. d. Permanently terminating the user's account. e. Reporting the violation to law enforcement authorities. f. Pursuing legal remedies. 5.4. We may take action against violations without prior notice. 6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS 6.1. If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately: a. Through the in-app report and block features. b. By email at hello@anybody.app. 6.2. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any relevant evidence. 7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 7.1. We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. 7.2. Your continued use of the Service after changes to this AUP constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. 8.
