Builder Program Policy

The Anybody Builder Program (the "Program") is operated by AlphaTwelve ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") as part of the Anybody mobile application ("App") and related services (the "Service"). This Builder Program Policy explains how the Program works and the rules you agree to when you join. It supplements, and does not replace, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and Acceptable Use Policy, all of which continue to apply. By applying to or participating in the Program, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, do not join the Program. 1. WHAT THE PROGRAM IS 1.1. The Builder Program lets verified members ("Builders") help grow their local Anybody community by inviting new people to the App using a personal Builder link. 1.2. The Program recognizes Builders through non-financial community badges and, where and when we enable it, eligible cash rewards. Participation is voluntary and can be ended by you or by us at any time in accordance with this Policy. 2. ELIGIBILITY 2.1. To become a Builder you must have a verified Anybody account and meet any additional eligibility requirements we set. We may require review and approval of your application before you can participate. 2.2. We may open, pause, close, or change eligibility for the Program, in whole or in part, at any time. 2.3. Maintaining a verified account is an ongoing requirement, not just a one-time step at sign-up. Your identity verification can lapse (for example, if you change your profile photo), and while it is not current, the money- and growth-related parts of the Program are paused for you: your Builder link stops creating new attributed sign-ups, you cannot share your link or join new market missions, and you cannot request or complete a withdrawal. Restoring your verification removes the verification-based restriction; other membership, program, or withdrawal restrictions may still apply. Your existing badges, historical qualified activations, permanent Founding Builder recognition, and any already-approved balance are not lost while verification is lapsed — they remain and become usable again once you re-verify (subject to the rest of this Policy, including any active reward switch in Section 6). 3. QUALIFIED ACTIVATIONS 3.1. A core concept in the Program is a "qualified activation." A person you invite becomes a qualified activation when they take a genuine qualifying action within the App within a defined time window after joining. A qualified activation is what drives community recognition: your Builder badges and, where applicable, your contribution toward market missions and Founding Builder recognition. Identity verification of the invited person is NOT required for an activation to be qualified for these reputation purposes. Verification may separately be required for reward eligibility, which is addressed in Section 6. 3.2. The specific qualifying actions and the time window are configured by us and may change over time. The current requirements are shown in the App on the Builder Program screen. As of the date of this Policy, a qualifying action means the invited person creates a request or responds to a nearby request within the configured window. 3.3. Attribution is first-touch: an invited person is attributed to the first Builder whose link brought them to the App. A qualified activation is credited to that Builder. 3.4. Activations must be genuine. Self-referrals, fake or duplicate accounts, incentivized or coerced sign-ups, bots, or any attempt to manufacture activations are prohibited (see Section 7). 4. BADGES AND RECOGNITION 4.1. As your lifetime qualified activations grow, you earn Builder badges. Badge names, tiers, and thresholds are configured by us and may change; your current badge is shown in the App. 4.2. Badges and community recognition are non-financial. They reflect contribution and reputation only and are never a promise of payment. Reputation and badges do not depend on earnings. 5. MARKET MISSIONS 5.1. From time to time we may run "market missions" that invite Builders to help launch Anybody in a specific local area. Contributing a qualified activation to a market before it completes may earn permanent Founding Builder recognition for that market. 5.2. Market participation rules, boundaries, and targets are set by us and shown in the App. 6. ELIGIBLE REWARDS AND PAYOUTS 6.1. Cash rewards are not always active. We may run the Program on a non-financial basis (badges and recognition only), and we may enable, schedule, change, or disable eligible rewards at any time. The App shows whether rewards are currently active. 6.2. Where rewards are active, only eligible qualified activations may earn a reward, subject to review. Reward eligibility is stricter than reputation qualification: in addition to the qualifying action and window in Section 3, where our policy requires it the invited person must also verify their identity (typically within the same window) for that activation to be reward-eligible. An activation that does not meet the verification requirement can still count for badges, market missions, and Founding Builder recognition, but will not be cash-reward eligible. We review activity, typically monthly, and only approved amounts become payable. 6.3. Where we enable withdrawals, approved funds are paid out through our third-party payments provider (Wise). You are responsible for providing accurate payout details and for any taxes applicable to amounts you receive. We do not guarantee any particular reward amount, and rewards may be withheld, reversed, or adjusted where activity is found to be ineligible, fraudulent, or in breach of this Policy. 6.4. Nothing in this Policy is an offer of employment, agency, partnership, or a guarantee of income. Builders act independently and are not employees or agents of the Company. 7. GENUINE ACTIVITY AND ANTI-FRAUD 7.1. You must only grow the community through honest, consensual invitations to real people. The following are prohibited: creating or using fake, duplicate, or automated accounts; self-referral; paying for, incentivizing, or coercing sign-ups in violation of our rules; misrepresenting Anybody; spamming; and any manipulation of activations, attribution, badges, or rewards. 7.2. We may review Builder activity for integrity. We may invalidate activations, withhold or reverse rewards, and suspend or remove Builders where we reasonably believe activity is not genuine or breaches this Policy or our other policies. 8. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION 8.1. You may leave the Program at any time. We may suspend or terminate your participation, with or without notice, for breach of this Policy or our other policies, for suspected fraud or abuse, or if we discontinue the Program. 8.2. Suspension or termination may result in loss of access to Program features, forfeiture of pending or unpaid rewards where activity is ineligible or fraudulent, and removal of Program badges. 9. DATA AND PRIVACY 9.1. Participation in the Program involves processing of information as described in our Privacy Policy, including attribution data connecting invited members to your Builder link, and, where you receive payouts, information required to process them through our payments provider. 10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY 10.1. We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above, and, where appropriate, through in-App notice.
